We're considering a Sport 10.1 for a panel upgrade. The website states that the Sport 10.1 doesnt have a built in GPS. We don't need the compliant Saf Fly GPS and will eventually fit a Garmin GPS175 with ARINC. Does GRT offer a less expensive GPS like those in the Sport EX that can be used with ...

Looking at an upgrade. It appears uAvionix Sky Beacon provides ADSB In data only via WiFi. Is there a way for a Sport EX to display this?

When using a single Sport EX in split page mode, PFD and MAP, it appears the Checklist feature is not available. Is that the case? Can it be made available?

Jeff replied that the NAV database couldn't be the problem and that perhaps there was a system outage. Flew today, two days later, and everything is working correctly. Must have been a system problem but curious that Clam was flying with another aircraft that didn't experience a problem.

Had the same problem today, June 1 after installing latest Nav database. Traffic is working but no weather. Problem is on my Sport EX EFIS and also on my iPad with FltPlnGO. I sent an email to Jeff a few minutes ago.

Hi,

Since you see OT, EGT and CHT, that indicates that the EIS is communicating with the EFIS. You can verify that by looking on the first setup page of the EFIS and noting which serial port is connected to the EIS and verify the counter is changing,

I’m replacing my old Rotax with a new one. The old one has a VDO resistive oil pressure sensor. The new one gets 12v and outputs current based on pressure 5- 20 ma. Is there a way to use this with my EIS preferably without using a aux input?

I found the magnetic heading was different, 187 vs 184. The Magnetometer Roll/Pitch function seems to have corrected the problem. At least now they both report the same heading. Weather was too poor to fly today to verify.
