Just to follow up here in case anyone else comes across this thread...
Looks like what we found was that Hauppauge devices with model "122000" will work whereas "122020" won't. You can find the model number on the body of the USB adapter. If you have the box it came in and you can't open the box ...

Re: Video input
Hi Jeff.
Definitely plugged in to EFIS. Also tried it on my right side HXr with same results.
The model on the back is "122020 LF Rev E1 17424", so you're probably right that the hardware change and different driver set make it incompatible with the HXr's drivers. It does function on a PC with ...

Video input
I got the Hauppauge 610 USB Live-2 ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0036VO2BI ) to play with the video input on my HXr with firmware v8.01. When I select "Video" on the inset, the inset is blank with a "No video source" message. In the Set Menu under General Setting->Video, I tried both inputs 0 and 1 ...

HXr minimum voltage
Greetings.
What is the minimum input voltage that the HXr permits? Curious if a backup battery I have on board would be sufficient.
Thank you.

Re: Configuration Of Audio Alerts
There are a lot more alerts available than documented. I was able to determine about 60 of them. In the blog post link below you will find:
More info on how to expand your available audio alerts.
Additional important factors to consider.
Wav files you could use.

Re: 2 Questions: Plate source and yellow AHRS
Thanks Jeff. Based on your response, I was able to identify that my Seattle Avionics subscription wasn't giving me the full chart data. So I was missing the plates and diagrams and instead was trying to use the PDFs. Seattle Avionics fixed the issue with my subscription and now my full geo ...

2 Questions: Plate source and yellow AHRS
Greetings.
What does the "Plate Source" option do (selects between ChartData and PDF)? I've noticed that if I have both my Seattle Avionics sectionals (in "ChartData" folder) and the plate PDFs (obtained via the downloadplates scripts in the "plates" folder) on my USB drive, the EFIS will only let ...

Re: CO Guardian questions
Thank you Jeff. Much appreciated. I wasn't sure if the left HXr knew about the CO Guardian since the PPM and pressure didn't show up on the left HXr's Set Menu like it does on the right HXr's.
