Okay, I set it to Integer.

Sitting on the ground with the engine off I was showing -4 amps, so I changed the Offset to 305 (equivalent to -153) to make the reading 0 amps.
Settings now:
Aux Function = Amp
SF = 164
Offset = 305
Sensing = Forward
Integer
