Re: AHARS Failure (Posted also on HXr)
My AHARS the original dual like yours have acted up from time to time the way you described. I found that there was minor oxidation or contamination on the sub-D connector pins. Cleaned both sides and the problem seems to have gone away. Every once and awhile when booting up AHARS 2 will not come on...

GRT Remote APP link to Avare
Does GRT plan to link in anyway GRT Remote with Avare? Nice if GRT-R would import Avare flight plan.

Logbook incorrect date
I have dual HX system and both had incorrect and different dates being applied to the log. I can not find anywhere how to correct. I have seen this question asked on other forums but not answered. My guess is a setting that is wrong.
Welcome any help,

Multi Screen Alarm Inhibit
I am getting ready for first engine start and have been setting up the EIS and EFIS's (2 HX 1WS). When there is an alarm it displays on all three screens as expected. To acknowledge or inhibit the alarm(s) I need to do the same thing on all three screens to stop all screens from alarming. Is there a...

Re: "torque enhancer" versus "capstan" servo mounts
Hi Deej, The capstan is used to attach to the cables similar to the TT servos on a Glastar. The standard servos use an arm to control. There is also a standard and hi capacity torque servo. The capstan servo is the easier connection to the Glastar. That being said, when I installed my servos the cap...

fuel usage alarm or notification
Is it possible to add an alarm or notification for fuel used based from the fuel flow meter. Example, I would like to system to notify me that I have used 10 gallons (this number would be a variable input) based on the fuel flow meter. Once 10 gallons are used a notification of some type would be ac...

Manifold Pressure Fittings for Sale
I am not sure we are suppose to do this on this forum but I thought it might be of help for anyone else looking for difficult to find fittings. The bulk head fitting will work nicely for the manifold pressure transducer. After much looking I finally found fittings for the manifold pressure system I ...

Re: Upgrading Software HS
Hi Jeff,
Renaming the file did allow the file to load but did not bring up the terrain database. The file did not come up with a name and it stayed in the "reloading" cycle and never exited.
Attached is a screen shot.
Let me know what to try next.
Thanks,
Rocky Morrison
