Update files
I just tried updating my HXr displays. The latest file seems is called 101Up.dat, which I can't load. It seems to be looking for an HHXRUp.dat file. Am I doing something wrong?

Flight plan format
Like many flyers in Europe, I use SkyDemon on an iPad for navigation. I don't expect you support either iPad or SkyDemon, but could you publish your flight plan format, and enable us to input a FP file via the USB stick?
Many thanks, Tony

Carb heat warning
IMG_6949.jpeg My twin HXr is now working well. But one outstanding glitch. I have a carb temperature sensor, which produces sensible readings. I've set limits for it; I've tied several settings including 0 to 100 and 1 to 80. But it always shows an alarm, despite it being well within bounds. Is thi...

Trig TY91 - remote and direct control?
We have an HXr with Trig TY91 transceiver. In the UK we have to have the Trig head in the panel (the user interface is part of the approved xceiver). But it would be easier to control vis the EFIS. With your interface, can we have both?

Trig transponder default squawk code
We've installed the Trig without the Trig head. We can set up just about everything through your interface, except the default squawk. In Europe the default squawk code is 7000; I think it varies around the World. Could you provide a command for this please? (With the Trig head installed, there's an...

Loading Jeppesen database
I've tried to load the Jeppesen European VFR database, but I get a message saying that the file's too big. It's 1.4 Mb, which doesn't seem much. How can I get around this? I tried to unload the US database (I'm in the UK), but can't find a way.
Thanks, Tony

Connector A18
This connector is labelled 'GPS memory', and is connected to power. What happens if the EFIS is using backup power, in which case this is no longer powered? Will the EFIS still function?

Terrain data for synthetic vision
I'm installing my new HXr system, and about to order Jeppensen data for navigation (I'm outside the US). Where does the HXr find its terrain data? If it's from Jeppesen, is it in the basic VFR navdata, or do I need the obstacle data as well?
