Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics currently offers an upgrade from TT-21 to TT-22 for $950 and includes a new 2 year warranty from Trig.Bobturner wrote:
As a side note, the TT-21 is NOT approved for ADSB-out in the US. You need the higher power TT-22 for that.

Re: TT-22 ADSB
Thanks Jeff. I'll be purchasing "new", so hopefully this will all be good. My next Xponder cert is due in June, so I'm looking at that time frame.

Re: TT-22 ADSB
Thanks Guys, I'll continue my research.
The Garmin GTX 335/GPS, the Appareo Stratus ESG, and the SkyBeacon all claim to be complete solutions. How do they get around the switching problem?

Re: TT-22 ADSB
I recently purchased a Legend Cub and want to install minimal ADS-B Out. i.e. No "TV" screens.
Can I use the Trig TT-22 and Safe-Fly 2020 GPS as an ADS-B, stand alone solution?

Re: Wiring Sport EX to TT22
Thanks Bob. I would not have thought of going to another model's manual. I think I'll wait until I get everything else checked out before I make the TT22 dependent on the EFIS.

Wiring Sport EX to TT22
I don't see any headings for the Sport EX, so I thought I would put my question here. I’m not quite sure how to connect to the TT22. I see the TMAP A & B connections. What I don’t see is connections for “power on” (TT22 pin 13), "GPS position out" (TT22 pin 5), “Traffic in” (TT22 pin 7...
