Re: HX Warning Light Output
I don't know why all of those pins are listed as NC. The hardware has not changed and all of those pins still work as in the older documentation. I'll have someone review it.

Re: indicated airspeed on new Mini install
I checked the data for SN 155 and it is not the updated version, so that could be the problem. We'd have to compare it with another pitot input, or measure voltages in the circuit to confirm.
If it's set to MPH it's MPH, and it will indicate "MPH" by the airspeed.

Re: SVE AGL
That is strange. You should only get the GPS Alt Diff box if the EFIS thinks it's receiving a GPS altitude. The GPS estimate of altitude is usually a good comparison for the baro-corrected altitude. Maybe the 480 is sending pressure altitude, but I haven't heard another report like this.

Re: Using ADS-B GPS as GPS1 (added in 6c)
Yes, you can configure any GPS input to use the internal flight plan with the SET MENU, General Setup, "GPS1 Flight Plan Source" and "GPS2 Flight Plan Source" settings. If you set one of these to Internal, then the EFIS will use its own internal flight plan when that GPS is selec...

Re: Simplest Inline Battery Backup Mini EFIS
Several planes are using Paul Dye's electrical design which includes an aux battery for EFIS backup. Your plan sounds similar. His system uses diodes to handle switching between the aux battery and other sources, and resistors to limit charge current. The diagram at the top is missing some of the pr...

Re: indicated airspeed on new Mini install
We've found some of the earlier Air Data modules are reading low in some conditions and they require a hardware modification to fix the problem. You can go to the SET MENU, AHRS Maintenance page and scroll down to the AD Serial Number. We can check that number in our records to see if it is the upda...

Re: Swap command not Swapping HS sport
The only lock is the PFD LOCK, which is a button on the PFD page. Make sure that is off. Otherwise it has to be an issue with the Inter-Display Link settings. One screen has to have its Link ID set to Primary, and the other should be set to Auto or 2. Then make sure data is going both directions ove...

Re: SVE AGL
I don't think the 480 sends the GPS altitude in its serial data message, so the EFIS should display the height relative to baro-corrected pressure altitude, indicated with a "B", or not show the SVE height at all.

The limits in the SET MENU, Engine Limits page apply after the table corrections, so you would set them to 2 gallons.

Re: remote control of Trig
We haven't made any plans for this. Only the HXr supports remote control of the TY91 at this time. Also, only single control adapter hardware is currently available for it.
