2 Questions:
1)Can the HxR be configured to tune the 480 (like with the SL30)?
2)I have the Garmin connected via the ARINC to the HXr. Do I still need the Serial In from the Garmin? (I guess the answer might be different depending on the answer to #1)

Re: Sectional Chart (Seattle) View
You should be able to still have the MAP with the INSET boxes. Are you saying you have them until you select CHARTS on MAP options? If they are showing on other MAP pages they should show with the CHARTS selected. exactly! I have the insets on all Map screens, but when I switch to "charts"...

Sectional Chart (Seattle) View
I successfully downloaded the Seattle charts and the GRT loaded them on start up (First try was using a PNY USB Stick which would not work, even after FAT 32 re-formatting. Works fine with Sandisk out of the box.) When I go to Map view and select "Chart" and choose "Sectional", I...

Re: Get Georeferenced Plates
The GRT will NOT recognize a PNY USB Stick (even when FAT32). Sandisk is apparently preferred. (I successfully used some unbranded smaller USB drives to load software or capture DEMO files, but the PNY didn't work for the Seattle Software)

Re: USB output to Android/iPad
The question should have been more specific. I meant the USB (or Bluetooth) on the HXr.

Configuring Trig T22
When inputting (in the HXr Trig-22 set up page) the GPS, it asks for the "level of Certification". Choices are A, B or C. What are these choices referring to (ie: which do I pick? ( have a GNS480)?

Re: Feature Requests
You really need to get an iPad/iPhone App. Virtually all the EFB's are iPad, especially those with weather & traffic. FltPlan Go (full featured) is still only iPad and is Free.
