Re: N687MS RV Super 8 Panel Team AeroDynamix
Great question. No Bracket. Went to aviation departments at Lowes and got some aluminum rod. Cut pieces, drilled and tapped ends. Then filed one end to match angle. Screws hold standoff from the rear. Unit has screws into standoffs. That way I can just remove the EFIS screws and drop the unit in my ...

Re: Android Support for HX?
Hey Katie,
Can you elaborate on whats "in" the initial release? I thought it was more of a remote display of PFD and Map and Engine. But Ive never seen it.
What will the Android app do?

The New and Improved HXr in the panel now. You cant notice but I put some tilt in for better viewing. The bottom of the HXr is sitting 1.25" off the panel. Had to move the radio stack a bit left. New lights on the top that are KEY to my survival 'in the box' with http://www.teamaerodynamix.com/...

Converting from Electronic Ignition to Mags
Doing an engine swap and wondering how to handle the RPM input. We have ~2001 year EIS system on a 4 cyl RV-6 that has been on dual electronic ignition since new for more than a decade . Changing engine out to one that is dual mag. Wondering what is required to convert to a mag RPM pickup?
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Fuel Pressure sender issue ...
My stock GRT fuel pressure sensor seems to indicate too low a fuel pressure (FP). I have an IO-320 with Silverhawk servo and AFP pump/filter assembly. Most info - and feedback from similar installations - says my FP should be somewhere around 25 to 30 psi. Mine reads 2.5psi with the boost pump off,...

Any trouble seeing the engine instruments on the other side of the panel? Or do you just show them on your side and the other screen is for pax?

Re: Garmin GDL39 ADSB Weather and Traffic support
Well Jeff as it turns out from Garmin they DO NOT currently support any interface to 3rd party products nor will they release the specs.
SO I guess this means there will be no GDL 39 weather interface for a while. ARGH!
Thanks for taking a look.
