I've been pouring over the ARINC connection diagrams, the 480 install and HX and HXR install manuals, but cant make sense of what data is being sent over each of the ARINC 429 lines and thus how theyre supposed to be configured on either end once hooked up.

Is there a detailed description of this somewhere?

FWIW, I have two HXRs, so HXR2 is getting the analog connections............

Thanks for any help.

The ARINC connections are on pages 9-16 thru 9-19 of the HX Installation manual.
The analog connections are strictly backup; use your judgement as to whether or not they're needed (e.g., if the ARINC fails can you fly off the raw data on the 480, no glide slope?)

SOB. Thanks Bob. I completely missed that - got down to "analog inputs" mid page and skipped over the rest. :o
