AHRS Mounting and Orientation

Looking for tips on how best to measure the orientation of my AHRS w/r/t pitch, roll, and yaw so that it matches the magnetometer mounted to the outboard left wing rib.
I'm thinking of mounting it to one of the longitudinal structural members (3 Ea) that extend from the firewall thru the sub-panel to the instrument panel, RV 9A (I did not build this acft). I'm assuming, rightly or wrongly, that the outboard wing rib where my magnetometer is mounted is parallel to these members within "?" inches? I believe I could measure the two components w/r/t pitch and roll with an adjustable protractor; but, haven't a clue as to how to do the measurement for yaw, hence the reason I mentioned the wing rib parallel to these structural members.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
