GPS Configuration Loss

I was flying the RNAV approach to KREG the other day and just before FAF, "GPS Configuration Loss" popped up on the top of the EFIS.
First time I have seen this.
If someone can explain would greatly appreciate. I turned off the AP, had the Flight Director up and was in VFR so I just went ahead and landed.
Thanks
Bert

"GPS CONFIGURATION FAILED" can appear if the original GRT RAIM GPS isn't fully configured. This could only happen in flight if the GPS rebooted or only some of its messages were getting through. If the alert went away without any other failures that should mean it successfully reconfigured the RAIM GPS back to normal operation. It's possible your RAIM GPS temporarily lost power or had trouble communicating all of its normal messages.
