GRT Avionics

Is there any better documentation or a tutorial for SAP on the HX. I have looked on the web and see some approaches being flown, but not the setup and capture process.
I've activated it a couple of times (with AP off) and it is not clear to me how to get to the HITS boxes - I see little tiny ones occasionally but the capture process alludes me.

I place myself on an intercept heading and arm the synthetic approach. Now that I have upgraded from WS to HX, hit the execute buttton as well. I turn on the flight director. MUCH easier than tracking those HITS boxes! My autopilot will also follow the synthetic as well, both laterally and vertically. Marvelous.
