GRT sport to Vertical power

I am wiring my sport to a vertical power and not sure of the data cable pin outs on the 37 pin connector on the back of the Sport VP. The VP pin out is Serial TX white wire to pin 20 , Serial GRD Wht/Orn wire to pin 21 and Serial RX Wht/Blue wire to pin 22 the overall shield is to ground. What pin numbers do these go to the sport 37 pin connector? I would get this answer from GRT but they are all out on Vacation Thanks for your help

Hello amnpilot,
Don't connect the serial ground pin 21 on the VP-X Sport. The VP-X Sport pin 20 TX is connected to a Sport EFIS serial port RX, the VP-X Sport pin 22 RX connects to a Sport EFIS serial port TX. Simply find an available serial port on your sport and make the connections to it, for example serial port 3. Record the serial port that you wired the VP-X Sport to.
