App Stuck?

Hi,

I just downloaded the app and installed it on my phone but after it asks to download the latest data it got stuck.
There is nothing I can press or do to change it.
I only see this screen (see attachment below). I also tried to uninstall and reinstall but it didn't help.
I tried 2 different phones (OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 8) one with Android 9 the other with v10 both have the same issue.

Because HUD devices have limited user input, our app defaults to full-screen HUD mode. You can swipe down from the top or swipe up from the bottom to get your Android navigation buttons to appear. Then press the back button. This should take you to the main menu. Then push Menu to edit the settings and change the PFD-HUD Mode setting to PFD. Push the Android Back button to save the settings. The app will start on the main menu next time.
