Sensor value smoothing

Is there a way to average out some sensor data? for instance my fuel flow and MAP (therefore %pwr, etc) always seem to be jumping around by .3 or .4

The EIS has built-in filtering that isn't adjustable. Fuel Flow can jump around depending on the installation. You can check the EIS troubleshooting guide on the web site for more information. I'm not sure about MAP jumping around by more than .1. If other sensors aren't jumping around, you could check the ground for that sensor and make sure it has good contact.
