Folks,
I have a wire diagram for the Horizon display that shows EFIS Page Flip can be triggered using an Analog Input wired to a 10K Resistor to 12V, and then to the Momentary Switch. The other side of the Momentary switch is wired to Ground.
I noticed in another HX wire diagram update for Elevator trim the wiring was simplified and the EIS excitation (4.8V) and 1k Ohm resistor had been removed when wiring for an HX.
So I was wondering if when wiring the Page Flip for the HX does it still require the 10K ohm resistor when wiring for an HX display. Can someone please confirm this for me?
Note: I've attached the Horizon Page Flip diagram.
Thanks,
Howard

The resistor and the "excitation" are a selectable and internal efis setup selection. you will not need to so any wiring for them just connect the wire and then turn on the selection in the general setup menu when you do your programming.
