Before lending my aircraft to anyone, I'd like to find out if there's a way to record aircraft parameters (pitch, bank, speed, in particular) without the user knowing.

Is this possible? If not, are there any plans for implementation in the future?

There's no internal recording function now and it's not currently planned. The closest would be hiding a USB flash drive behind the panel and turning on the USB Flight Data Logger. If they needed to update the navigation database or something that uses the USB port then they may find the drive and leave it disconnected. The software doesn't support having two drives connected at once so there's no way around that.
