Have I screwed up my EIS configuration?

I’ve been using a model 6000 in my RV10 for over 10 years. I recently installed 2 Surefly SIMs and a Tach2 unit. Everything was working properly except I was not getting a tachometer reading (0 rpms). The problem appeared to be the need to change TACHSEN from “L” (low) to “H” (high).
I attempted to do this but may have pressed the wrong keys at the wrong time due to working on the instrument in an awkward position. When I power on the unit I get this: From here I cannot seem to get to ‘Set Configuration’ by pressing the 2 keys. More important, none of the engine data appears on my HX or HXr displays so I’m completely grounded.
I’ve also managed to generate these displays which are meaningless to me and/or seem to be an error condition: I’ve put a call into the support line and will be calling again tomorrow. Please Help!
