GRT Avionics

We are flying to the Bahamas in April and when we made the trip last spring I noticed that the map in the HX did not include the islands. I thought there used to be maps available for other areas but cannot find anything on the web pages. We do have Seattle Avionics maps but the sectional only goes so far into the islands. Any ideas anyone?

The Bahamas weren't included when the synthetic vision database for the United States and Canada was built. Since the database is already at the maximum size, and our software doesn't support using multiple SV databases at once, it's not a simple fix. We would have to build one with Alaska or another area removed in order to fit the data for the Bahamas.
