Re: Autopilot user guide
Hi Don, sorry it took so long for me to see this. The functions and annunciations presented in the HXr Autopilot guide are the same for HXr and HX. The main difference is some of the softkey presses. It was written for HXr, so softkey sequences like "MORE > Set Menu" would be replaced by &...

Re: Wire to amp meter pulled out
Hi Kahuna,
I'd say 1) Green, 2) Black, and 3) Blue based on the CS-01 wiring info found here: http://grtavionics.com/AMP_HE_RevD.pdf

Re: Feature of the Week
This week's Feature is a small tidbit I just wrote about for the HXr manual. It goes well with the Flight Path Marker- the Wind Vector.

Re: Sky radar D2 GPS?
The SkyRadar GPS was intended to be used internally by the SkyRadar unit-- it just needs the GPS so that it knows where it is and can get relevant ADS-B information. As far as we know, it can't output the GPS signal over USB. You can send in your SX unit and get an internal VFR WAAS GPS for $275. It...

Re: Is 'clock power' required or just desirable?
I wrote about this a while ago in the Sport Installation manual- so rather than rewrite it I took the lazy way out and pasted it here for you. (It is Friday afternoon, after all...) Internal GPS memory may be maintained when the aircraft is parked on the ground by connecting Pin 21 on the EFIS, form...
