Re: Slow attitude response
Greg says he would need to see a recording of the data (DEMO file) to see exactly what's going on.

Re: ADSB Display
One more detail. The number is based on the weather data, which includes a ground station reference. The traffic information does not report the ground station. If the ground system is not sending traffic to you for any reason, but still sending weather, the number may not represent actual traffic a...

Re: Safety Concern- Near Midair
We probably could sort the traffic by altitude. I will look into it.
All displays have the "Traffic Altitude Filter" in SET MENU, General Setup.

Re: Download Seattle Avionics data USB issue
The GRTCHARTS folder only serves to identify the USB flash drive as a GRT chart data flash drive. All data will be stored in the ChartData folder. Is it possible the flash drive ran out of space? You may be getting that error because the Flight Guide Airport Diagrams are being discontinued. A Data M...

Re: Feature Requests
The reason we don't have an iOS app is that the app design and Bluetooth hardware is restricted by Apple. Bluetooth apps require special hardware and the hardware has to be approved by Apple. We talked to another company that already has an iOS app and wants to interface to our displays, but they sa...

Re: Feature Requests

Re: Remote radio control
It works in testing, and I haven't received any other reports. Is the SL30 directly connected to this display? Is the SL30 showing up correctly as COM1 and NAV(1) (or COM2 and NAV2) with frequencies showing in the upper right corner of the screen? Are there any other COMs or NAVs? Does the frequency...

Re: EIS Configuration and download
First, if the EIS has never been configured, it must be configured through its own display/button interface. See the EIS manuals for setup instructions. If the EIS is not mounted in the panel, configure everything except the alarm limits and display pages. The alarms and graphics on the HXr are inde...

Re: Long Boot up time in cold weather
It's possible that some component in your HXr is out of tolerance at the very low temperature, and after power runs through it, the component warms up enough to work again. Recently we've found some main processors are not booting reliably in the extreme cold, including an HXr that came in for repai...
