Hi

I am very interested in the EchoUAT / GRT Safe-Fly GPS Package - I have a Sonex with a GRT Mini, and love it.

My question is has anyone successfully passed the FAA flight check with the EchoUAT / GRT Safe-Fly GPS Package?

Long overdue update - I have had my GRT Mini successfully connected to my used Garmin GTX327 for over six months.

Installing the interface was easy and quick. Great combination!

What settings did you use on the GTX 327 to receive the data?

Is the Mini encoder output compatible with a Garmin GTX 327?

I have a Sonex with a Mini installed and would love more info. So far all I am reading is not from the staff at GRT.

Is it possible to update a GRT Mini in the field from one version to another (i.e. to add the GPS map feature - next level up)?

I am assuming not - can this be done at the factory or at all?
