Well no inserts for me. I do have map as North up.
It's just the way I am used to looking at a map.

When I go to the Map Page I see the two soft buttons, each side, that say inset. If I push either, I get nothing, no inset options. A note does pop up just over that says "hold for default" and that produces nothing. I saw on one of Jerry's videos he had a small HSI in one corner and EGT/C...

Found what 330drvr was talking about and now all is well.

330drvr, thanks for reply. Not sure what button your talking about. The manual said to go into the setup page and make the choice. Are you saying I can do it from the map page? My brain won't let me look at a sectional sideways. Any detail would be greatly appreciated. Home email is bert1950@cox.net...

When I go to Map page setup it only gives me two choices for orientation.
I get a choice of Track or Heading. The Map page setup manual says I should have North too.
I am talking about the full page map.
I think I have the latest software version in the EFIS.

Can some one tell me is there a document that shows
how to dial in a radial on HXr? Have a 650 for nav and if I
Activate a flight plan it shows up on the EFIS. But no luck
with the VOR.
