Airspeed indication

Post by chosack »

I am doing the taxi tests on a Zenith CH750. Every thing seems to work fine except I am not getting any indication on airspeed. I have had the plane up to 20mph on the GPS groundspeed with no indication on the PFD. Can't go much faster without flying. I checked the pitot lines and there is no blockage or leaks. Did I miss a setting or something in the setup? Any suggestions?

You just aren't going fast enough. The Sport Installation manual lists Airspeed Range (Standard) SX200: 35-285 mph IAS SX200A 20-330 mph IAS.

:D Thanks. I hoped it was something simple like this that I had missed in the manual. now on to the first flight.

If you want to check the airspeed indicator before flying google "pitot water manometer". Very easy.
