Loading Map Data Base

How do you load the Map Data Bases and the TAWS Terrain software for the HX. I see the data bases for the WS and HS on the web site, but not the HX; are the data bases already stored in the HX? Thanks Barry

The additional databases and terrain databases should already be in the HX. You can check the status of all the databases in the SET MENU, Display Unit Maintenance, Database Maintenance page. If any databases are missing, you can load them the same way on that page. Only the main navigation database updates regularly. If you already have the additional and terrain databases in your system, you don't need to update them until we announce new updates. The Synthetic Vision terrain database is the only one different from the WS and HS. If you need to change the Synthetic Vision terrain coverage area, you have to request a download link from us for the large files.
