Can a Sport HS control a VAL 2KR remote Nav? The manuals suggest yes, but I think I saw an old post from Katie that said no.
Replaced my GNS430 with a GNC355 and would like to add a remote VOR receiver.

Does GRT have these in stock? The Products page implies you do.

No. The old Sport units can only send frequencies from our database. They are unable to show the status and current frequencies, control the volume, dial in frequencies not in the database, swap active and standby, etc. Only the Horizon 10.1 and HXr have full remote com and nav control capability.
