Trim display from TruTrak

Post by 330drvr »

My TruTrak Digiflight II display is blanking out. I only use it for the pitch trim out of trim display indication. Can I take the Pitch Servo Trim Sensor input from the pitch servo to the control head (Pin 5) and add it to an aux input on my HX display? In other words can I display the trim required message from the TruTrak pitch servo on my HX screen?

We don't know how the pitch trim signal works in the TruTrak. If the wire has a linear voltage in the range 0-30V and has a consistent neutral voltage then you would be able to convert it to a number and display it on a data box or bar graph.

Thanks Jeff. Sounds a bit above my pay grade. Will probably switch to GRT servos and run off the HX.
