Beta Bluetooth EFIS Software

I tried to install this software update in our brand, new Hxr today, so that we can emulate the EFIS on our Nexus 7 tablet in the back seat of our RV-8A. Unfortunately, the install failed, and the error message said "This update is not for an Hxr system", or something to that effect.

Any clues as to why? We need that back seat working! Thanks!

I saw the screenshot you sent to Ben about this earlier today. There appears to be something wrong with the HHXRUp.dat file on your flash drive. I would clear any upgrade files off the drive and try the latest HXr software download on the web site, currently version 2. The Bluetooth software has been released as part of version 2. Refresh the web page if you don't see it. Newer web browsers may change the name of the download if a file with the same name already exists. Make sure the file ends up on the drive as "HHXRUp.dat" without any extra digits or parentheses, and not inside any folder. Your computer might not show the .dat extension on screen. That's probably OK. The file should be around 6.3 MB.
