GRT Avionics

somewhere i heard/read that extreme temps. can damage the displays of some avionics. anyone verify or refute?

We choose displays that are designed to work in wide temperature ranges, although -35F is about 10 degrees lower than that. I don't think we've ever seen one damaged by low temperatures, and that includes last winter.
